Subject:  The Return to Face-to-Face Learning

The Immaculate Conception Catholic School Board and Administration would like to extend gratitude for your cooperation and understanding as we navigate through these trying times, especially for the past two weeks, while your child/ ward was engaged in remote learning. At this juncture, we are pleased to inform you that Face-to-Face Learning will resume on Monday 4th October, 2021. 

In an effort to continue to protect our students, we have added a few stipulations which will enable us to effectively reinforce all Covid-19 guidelines and regulations. These stipulations are as follows:

  1. NO parent will be allowed on the school premises at ANYTIME;
  2. Students should WEAR FITTED MASKS; these must be changed DAILY;
  3. Students MUST have their own hand sanitizer;
  4. Students are expected to have a FACE SHIELD. This should be acquired during the course of the week;
  5. Students will be placed in a BUBBLE during the entire school day;
  6. Students MUST be picked up ON TIME;
  7. Primary School teachers will lead their students to the gate after dismissal.

As it relates to the school’s dismissal procedures, the following MUST be observed going forward:

      All secondary school students who have siblings at the Primary School level will accompany their siblings at the stipulated time.  All other secondary school students MUST enter and exit the school premises using the church gate.

Students who remain affected by COVID-19 are required to stay home and continue engaging in Remote Learning along with their siblings until they are cleared to return to school. We have put together a list of the grades who will be resuming Face-to-Face Learning. These grades are as follows:
