Dear users,

We are pleased to inform you of the introduction of a new Help Desk System. This web-based support system provides a ticketing technology for all communications to IITAE’s helpdesk, which is then tracked and managed by our dedicated Support Team and the user that created the ticket.

Our users can register or log in to create tickets, track the progress of support tickets, view past tickets, and communicate directly with one of our support team members in assisting you until your issues have been resolved.
