How do I access my live classes?
Go to courses in the dropdown menu, select live class access, then find your class/teacher and click on it. This will now redirect you to your live class where you will have to wait till you have been admitted in by your respective teacher.
How do I unenroll from a course?
Please contact your instructor/teacher and inform them that you must be unenrolled from the incorrect class that you have joined, you can do so using the messaging option available on skills academy.
What do I do when my group code is invalid?
Please contact your instructor/teacher regarding a new code using the messaging option available on skills academy.
